From February 16 to 21, 2026, Alfred conducted a pre-employment training program in Japan for seven graduate students from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), selected from more than 300 applicants. The six-day program was designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of life and work in Japan through cultural experiences in Hamamatsu, including visits to Hamamatsu Castle, the Suzuki History Museum, and local supermarkets.

In addition to cultural activities, the students received hands-on exposure to asbestos analysis and participated in discussions on applying AI technologies to improve analytical processes. As IITH is one of India's leading universities in AI research, the program also served as an opportunity to explore future collaboration and the potential use of AI in advancing asbestos analysis.
